Ai Fiori in New York City is one of the world’s most acclaimed restaurants and has repeatedly earned 3 stars (excellent) from the New York Times and a 1-star ranking from the Michelin Guide.
Even though the menu also delves into French cuisine, Italian gastronomy is the heart and soul of this extraordinary restaurant. And so it’s only natural that the wine list there would focus on top Italian wines.
While in New York this week, we were thrilled to discover that Ai Fiori features a mini-vertical of Fattoria dei Barbi Brunello di Montalcino on its list (and wow, what a list!). Currently in their cellar: 2011 classic Brunello and 2010, 2007 and 2006 riserva.
We couldn’t be more pleased to be part of such an extraordinary wine program!
